This position serves as the intermediary between several Party Chiefs and the Line and Grade Manager. He/she has a good understanding of SQP goals and collaborates with Project Leadership to identify improvement ideas. Contributes to effective project management through daily observations and communication. Interfaces daily with the client and project management to resolve tolerance conflicts and field constructability issues.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Line and Grade Area Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.
