This is a remote position requiring 40% travel supporting Philadelphia and San Diego based teams. Essential Duties: As the Oracle HCM Senior Functional Consultant, you will: u2022 Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle HCM functionalities to ensure optimal alignment. u2022 Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end HCM solutions. u2022 Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance. u2022 Develop and deliver training sessions to empower users and administrators. u2022 Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements. u2022 Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates and emerging trends to continually enhance solutions Required Skills & Experience u2022 A bacheloru2019s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user working in a Human Resources department u2022 Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll. u2022 Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams. u2022 Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. u2022 Ability to think critically and solve problems independently Desired Skills & Experience u2022 Oracle HCM Cloud certification. u2022 Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting tools. u2022 Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. u2022 Prior experience either in a consulting role or working in a public sector environment. u2022 Knowledge of global HCM processes and compliance requirements. u2022 Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting. u2022 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Application Deadline: 1-30-2026 #CJPOST #LI-SA The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
