Whatever your unique talents, whatever your passionu2014in design, creation, and leadershipu2014weu2019ve got you covered. + Qualifications: Required u2022 Workday Extend, Reporting, Prism or Integration and people leadership roles within the technical workstreams of 5 or more HCM or Financials implementations for at least two phases. u2022 Minimum 5 years of consulting experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience u2022 Current Workday Extend, Reporting, Prism or Integration certification Preferred Skills & Experience u2022 5+ years of experience with development and/or architecture of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, and Workday Studio u2022 5+ years of Prism, integrations experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process improvements u2022 Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration u2022 Experience with estimating, implementation planning and project management u2022 Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions u2022 Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration u2022 Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies u2022 Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams Willingness to travel up to 50% + The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huronu2019s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huronu2019s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $181,000 - $222,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huronu2019s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
