WID is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems. WIDN is AFPEO/WI's centralized hub for Pre-LOR (Letter of Request) and Case Development for FMS new business efforts. WIDN will provide temporary support to executing Program Management Offices for case execution. Must work independently and be able to apply procedures.Utilize cost estimating/analysis techniques, including linear regression, confidence intervals, learning curves, and various estimating methods (analogy, grassroots, actual cost, parametric) to develop cost estimates for all phases of Sensors acquisition programs.Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Estimating Structures (CES).Perform cost estimating/analysis, including Program Office Estimates (POE), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), special studies, and milestone reviews.Support the development of life cycle cost estimates,
