Description Pest Control Service Technician - Floater We are searching for a Pest Control Service Technician - Floater who can efficiently complete an assigned route each month. If you are not familiar with the pest control industry, thatu2019s okay We offer extensive paid training and we provide you with the tools youu2019ll need to be successful in this position. In this role, you will communicate with customers, office support staff and management to provide optimum customer service. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, team players, detail oriented, and good problem solvers. A valid Driveru2019s License is required. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: u00b7 This position will u201cfloatu201d to provide coverage for open routes, technicians on leave of absence, vacation, etc. and will be paid on an hourly basis. u00b7 Our technicians provide high-end customer service to our customers receiving pest control, lawn and ornamental treatments. u00b7 We offer extensive paid training, and we provide you with the tools youu2019ll need to be successful in this position. u00b7 Together with the Service Manager keep company issued vehicle stocked with all product and equipment needed to properly service customers. u00b7 Provide pest control or lawn services as required by company protocol. u00b7 Timely + accurately document service details with company issued electronic handheld device, including photos if applicable. u00b7 Wear Company uniform, use company issued Personal Protective Equipment, and follow Companyu2019s safety procedures.
