If so, then this position within our University and Early Careers team is for youWhat You Will DoTrimble is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven University and Early Career Recruiter to join our Global Talent Attraction Team. As the University and Early Career Recruiter, you will execute initiatives to drive Trimble's hiring goals for early career, intern and rotational programs globally. You will work with colleges, universities, and partners to cultivate long-term relationships in an effort to lead campus recruiting events and source and hire top talent. You will be the face of Trimble at campus events, creating long-term relationships with university partners and building a pipeline of future leaders.Partner with hiring managers, PX and business stakeholders to identify early talent hiring needs and define recruitment strategies through best practicesPlan, execute and attend on-campus and virtual eventsOwn full-lifecycle recruitment for campus recruiting across multiple functions including building our talent pipelineScreen candidates, schedule on-site interviews, and drive selection processMaintain long-term, positive candidate and university partner relationshipsTrack and report key recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies and improve processesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help continue to grow, refine and scale our global early career strategyContribute to elevate our Trimble brand though online platforms and on campusTravel about 20% annually, with a heavier travel focus in the Fall seasonWhat Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's degree preferably in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree0-2 years of related work experience preferably in HR/RecruitingStrong communication, public speaking and relationship-building skillsPassion for early talent developmentExperience using recruiting metrics and data to influence internal customersExperience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Simplicity, Workday and Eightfold Career ConnectionStrong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience executing events and employer branding specific to early careersWhat Skills & Experience You Could BringInnovative mindset and a desire to drive data-driven changeExperience designing internship or university partnership programsBackground in technical recruiting a plusPrevious university or campus recruiting experience in addition to working with faculty and career services to develop partnership is a plusAbout Our CompanyTrimble is an exciting, entrepreneurial company, with a history of exceptional growth coupled with a disciplined and strategic focus on being the best.
