Shop & Facility Porter

Sterling Hyundai & Genesis of Lafayette is seeking a reliable Shop & Facility Porter to maintain the overall order, cleanliness, and presentation of our sales and service areas. This position is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and professional environment for our customers and employees. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the main sales and service shop at Hyundai and Genesis Keep the detail shop, lube shop, and service entrances at both stores orderly and clean Oversee cleanliness of the car wash area and general exterior of Hyundai and Genesis facilities Perform routine trash removal, sweeping, pressure washing, and other upkeep as needed Support dealership operations by ensuring a safe and professional environment As needed, assist with moving cars on the lot from one point to another Do you have what it takes? Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various conditions Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday Why Choose Sterling?
