Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and quality care for patients in a clinical or hospital setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and report changes in condition to supervising staff.Assist with patient assessments and contribute to care planning.Support patients with daily living activities such as mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Required QualificationsCompletion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.Current LPN license in the state of practice.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications (if any)Prior experience in a hospital, long-term care, or outpatient setting.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.Certifications (if any)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Advanced certifications (e.g., IV therapy, ACLS) preferred.
