You'll work closely with both engineering and operations teams, acting as the vital link that ensures co-design solutions meet industrial requirements while keeping the customer in mind. You'll also manage engineering suppliers, prioritise responses to operational issues and drive proactive improvements to reduce costs and non-conformances. Beyond that, you'll champion initiatives that make our team more efficient and sustainable, helping us achieve our performance and environmental goals.
