Director of Private Dining & Catering at The Martucci Group Location: East Greenwich, RI.About Us The Martucci Group is a growing Hospitality & Restaurant group known for exceptional dining experiences, fun entertainment & events, vibrant private dining spaces, and strong community engagement.Job Summary The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, designing, and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. This hybrid role blends creative design with digital marketing and social media management — ideal for someone who can both think strategically and execute visually compelling content.Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Creative ProductionDesign marketing materials including flyers, menus, signage, digital ads, and social media graphics.Create on-brand visual assets for web, email campaigns, and digital promotions.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.Update and redesign menus and printed materials as needed.Photograph Events, Weekly Specials & other supporting content to enhance social presence.Social Media & Digital MarketingPlan, create, and schedule engaging social media content for multiple brands (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and community interactions.Track analytics and performance to improve engagement and reach.Collaborate with influencers, partners, and local businesses to expand visibility and reach.Content & CommunicationWrite creative and engaging copy for posts, ads, newsletters, and promotional materials.Coordinate photography and videography for brand storytelling and municate upcoming events, specials, and campaigns across teams and platforms.Celebrate and promote national holidays and trending themes within brand voice.Entertainment & Events SupportBrainstorm and help coordinate entertainment ideas to enhance guest experience.Support the Day of Operations Teams for Company-Wide Events.Oversee the entertainment schedule and booking process (bands, DJs, trivia, music bingo, etc.).Work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing team to promote live entertainment and special programming.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).2+ years of marketing, design, or social media experience — hospitality experience a plus.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.Strong understanding of social media strategy and analytics.Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand voices.Highly organized, creative, and pensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary $48K-$55K (commensurate with experience).Discretionary Performance-based bonuses.Paid time off and benefits package (Health Care/Dental/Vision).TMG Dining Card to be used at any TMG Location.Opportunities for career growth within a growing restaurant group.Job Type Full-timeHealth & BenefitsHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
