The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to support our internal teams and external clients effectively.Key Responsibilities:System Administration:Manage and maintain Windows server environments, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management. Ensure systems are patched, up-to-date, and secure.Application Support: Provide technical support for Windows-based applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance and availability.Performance Monitoring: Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Windows platforms and applications.Security Management: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect organizational data and IT resources. Respond to and mitigate security incidents.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architectures, configurations, processes, and service records.Consulting and Collaboration: Provide expert advice and support to internal teams and external clients, collaborating on IT solutions that align with business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements to systems and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
