Guest Experience Manager Requisition #: 610457 Location: wellesley, MA, US, 02457 Career Area: Food Service Description: Job Description Position Description: Serves as the Harvest Table marketing and communications liaison on the account leadership team. Works collaboratively with the Director & Associate Director of Guest Experience and account leadership team to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing programs and strategies aligned specifically with Harvest Tableu2019s culinary and guest service vision. Supports business strategies and projects, including (but not limited to) concept & program branding, storytelling, revenue growth through increased participation and check average, meal plan sales & market penetration, guest loyalty & retention, and to enhance value perception. Scope of Role: Provides ongoing development, maintenance, and implementation of internal and external client communications and marketing initiatives within accounts, in alignment with Harvest Tableu2019s core values and initiatives. Compensation COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Job Responsibilities u2022 Responsible for sales development and execution of annual meal plan campaigns, including oral and written presentations to various target groups (e.g.; on-campus residents, commuters, faculty & staff, etc.). u2022 Act as mission extenders by building relationships and interacting with clients, university department heads, student organizations, and community groups. u2022 Responsible for guest insight-driven strategic planning, innovation, creativity, and development of new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new restaurants, to enhance sales and increase customer satisfaction. This strategic planning is memorialized in an annual client facing marketing plan that serves as a roadmap for the academic year and includes the guest engagement calendar, residential, retail and catering promotions, our social & digital strategy and more. u2022 Chief storyteller on the team that is responsible for spreading the word about all program initiatives, the people behind the plates, our food and community partners. u2022 Performs marketing research and data collection, including (but not limited to) focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, guest journey mapping, trend development, target market research, and competitive pricing analysis. u2022 Owner of the guest engagement calendar and liaise with cross functional teams to develop and execute all events. u2022 (Where applicable) Responsible for managing the marketing and communications team (i.e. Digital Specialist, Student brand ambassadors). Qualifications u2022 Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration or related field. u2022 2-3 yearsu2019 relevant professional marketing experience. u2022 Strong written and oral communication skills. u2022 Efficiency in all Microsoft Office products required. Efficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and WordPress preferred. u2022 Proven success in the creation and execution of print & digital communication strategies including, but not limited to, social media channels, and WordPress content management system. u2022 High energy, results-oriented individual who can make a difference, takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability, has a u201ccan dou201d attitude, and has an appropriate sense of urgency. u2022 Team player who is creative and flexible in attitude and style to adapt to new situations in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. u2022 Financial acumen, creative problem-solving ability, and customer savviness. u2022 A strong value system, unquestioned integrity, and good listening skills.
