Job Title: Swiss Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Swiss Machinist responsible for operating various Swiss machines, including Bx, BH Turret, and 327 laser Swiss, to produce majority orthopedic products such as bone screws. The machinist will ensure the precision and tolerance of the parts being run, primarily using titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and peek materials. Responsibilities + Operate Swiss machines to produce orthopedic products such as bone screws. + Monitor the parts being run to ensure they remain within tolerance. + Make changes to offsets or tools to maintain tolerance. + Conduct quality inspections and check own parts. + Collaborate with team members for support when unfamiliar with machines. Essential Skills + 2+ years of recent experience operating and running CNC Swiss machines, preferably Tsugami. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Experience with deburring and quality inspection. + Knowledge of G&M codes and machine offset adjustments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with medical parts is a plus but not required. + Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO :2003 standards. Why Work Here?
