Agricultural Equipment Operator

This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Duties may include: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: operate various farm equipment (combines, tractors, farm trucks, etc.) for planting, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing and harvesting of crops. May prepare implements for field work. Maintain and service equipment, including greasing, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, etc. Grain handling, hauling farm commodities and fertilizer. Maintain farm grounds/mow. Other miscellaneous duties assigned. This job involves manual labor, lifting, carrying, long days in the heat. Rain days are typically spent in the shop repairing equipment and preparing for the next days work & other related Agricultural Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (). Possible weekend/holiday work. Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
