Position: Sous Chef/ Kitchen ManagerLocation: Arcadia University, Glenside PaSalary: 55-65K based on experienceNow seeking a talented Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager to assist in the management and operations of a very busy multi-outlet, college dining setting. We are looking for a self motivated Sous-Chef capable of running a very busy retail location. Experience managing a unionized staff a plus. Sous-Chef willing to be very hands on with production as well as able to control food cost. Must have solid kitchen leadership experience. Experience desired in a Contract Dining Food Service setting such as Hospital, School, College, Senior Living or Corporate Dining accounts. A strong Supervisor with solid Culinary Training, ready for the next step would be ideal.
