This position involves welding, fabricating, and repairing steel components using appropriate techniques. The successful candidate will be skilled in reading blueprints, working with various gauges of steel, and producing high-quality welds in compliance with safety and project standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWelding & Fabrication Welds, fabricates, and repairs 16-18 gauge stainless steel and other metals using proper techniques.Reads blueprints and diagrams to select appropriate welding methods.Inspects finished welds for structural integrity and quality.SafetyFollow all safety protocols and the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to maintain a safe working environment.Use proper lifting techniques.Physical Requirements Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation.
