Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The salary for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. What Weu2019re Looking For + Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts. + 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-profile event settings. + Proven ability to innovate and execute under pressure. + Expertise in classic and modern pastry techniques, including plated desserts, showpieces, and specialty diets. + Strong leadership and organizational skills.
