Credit Analyst

Description We are looking for a dedicated Credit Analyst to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations related to property management and utilities. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, with a mix of office (4 days) and remote (Friday) work. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee utility billing processes, including initiating and discontinuing utility services at various properties. u2022 Collaborate with accounting teams to develop and manage utility budgets. u2022 Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to accruals. u2022 Investigate and resolve discrepancies in utility charges. u2022 Analyze property management financials to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Perform credit analysis and manage commercial collections. u2022 Process credit applications efficiently and in compliance with company standards. u2022 Utilize software tools such as Excel and Yardi (preferred) to streamline operations. u2022 Support financial decision-making by providing detailed analytical reports. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in credit analysis and commercial collections. u2022 Familiarity with property management and financial operations. u2022 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Yardi is a plus. u2022 Ability to manage accruals and utility budgets effectively. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Strong communication and collaboration abilities. u2022 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting. u2022 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
