Material Handler

Job Title: Material Handler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Material Handler/Forklift Operator to efficiently run equipment in our fabrication and assembly areas, providing essential support by feeding raw materials to welders, machinists, and other team members. The primary equipment operated will be sit-down forklifts, with occasional use of other machinery, including overhead cranes. Responsibilities + Operate sit-down forklifts primarily and other equipment as needed. + Feed raw materials to welders, machinists, and other assembly areas. + Run overhead cranes when required. + Transport parts to the appropriate locations inside the plant. + Work in both indoor and outdoor settings, adjusting to varying weather conditions. Essential Skills + Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Proficiency in operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts. + Experience in a manufacturing setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + No high school diploma or GED is required. Why Work Here? Typical attire includes jeans and a t-shirt or sweatshirt, with no shorts or sweatpants allowed. The role is deadline-intensive, with significant overtime opportunities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shady Grove, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
