Patient Food Service Manager Requisition #: 613893 Location: Paoli, PA, US, 19301 Career Area: Food Service Description: Job Description Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Patient Services Manager position at Paoli Hospital, located in Paoli, PA. The Patient Service Manager will support the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department and will be responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet patient and customer needs and tastes. This person will utilize technical training and interpret government mandated nutritional standards in the healthcare industry on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans. Manages patient feeding, quality assurance and drives patient satisfaction scores. Job Responsibilities u2022 Manages patient food service activities, complying with established standards u2022 Leads patient service staff to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered to patients u2022 Conducts rounds on patients/departments/nursing u2022 Oversees the diet office, floor stock, host/hostesses and the service ambassador program u2022 Record safety and sanitation compliance u2022 Supervises tray line operation and/or the room service program At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications u2022 Requires at least 1-2 year experience in a food service supervisor or management role. u2022 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience u2022 Healthcare experience highly preferred. u2022 Experience managing, motivating and engaging a large workforce. u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required. u2022 Excellent interpersonal, customer services and organizational skills required. u2022 Nutrition education and/or background preferred. u2022 Must be able to work a varied schedule (opening, closing and mid shift + as needed weekends and holidays).
