Our client is a globally recognized provider of high-quality turnkey aluminum and zinc die casting solutions for the automotive, military, and consumer goods industries. In partnership, we are seeking a reliable and skilled Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our team The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background, with experience in plumbing and electrical systems. _Fairview PA_ _Full-Time Temp to Hire_ _Pay Rate: $20-21/hr, 3rd Shift_ _Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am_ Responsibilities: + Perform daily grounds operations, including snow removal, trash removal, and sweeping shop areas. + Assist with coolant changes and perform painting tasks as needed. + Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including water and air systems. + Handle electrical repairs and maintenance (up to 480V, 3-phase). + Help production with moving materials. + Conduct general cleaning duties throughout the facility. + Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Experience in plumbing and electrical (up to 480V, 3-phase). + Jitney (forklift/truck) experience a plus. + Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. + Willingness to assist with varied tasks as needed.
