Inventory Clerk

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Paramus, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a key part in managing inventory processes and supporting supply chain operations. This part-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory-related tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update systems as needed. u2022 Conduct audits to ensure inventory data aligns with physical stock. u2022 Utilize ERP systems to track and manage inventory processes. u2022 Create and analyze charts and graphs to monitor inventory trends. u2022 Handle inbound calls and address inquiries related to inventory. u2022 Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing to support inventory operations. u2022 Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth inventory flow. u2022 Assist in generating reports to provide insights on inventory performance. u2022 Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for inventory management. u2022 Support the implementation of inventory management technologies and tools. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in ERP systems and solutions, including Cerner Technologies and Epic Software. u2022 Familiarity with financial services and supply chain processes. u2022 Strong skills in auditing and data analysis, including creating charts and graphs. u2022 Experience in answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. u2022 Knowledge of clerical duties such as record-keeping and data entry. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role. u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Previous experience in inventory management or related fields is preferred.
