Assistant Superintendent

Job Title: Assistant SuperintendentJob Description Join a leading concrete repair contractor as an Assistant Superintendent to manage and oversee restoration projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed successfully, from inception to completion, while leading multiple foremen and ensuring job site safety. Responsibilities + Manage multiple restoration projects concurrently from start to finish. + Lead and oversee a team of foremen. + Handle RFI, change orders, and submittals. + Ensure job site safety and conduct toolbox talks. + Oversee the repair of full depth or spalled concrete, expansion joints, and waterproofing tasks. + Manage other subcontractors and MEP operations. Essential Skills + 3-10 years of experience in concrete repair and construction management. + Proficiency in managing multiple job sites. + Strong understanding of concrete repair and base scope of work. + Experience with RFI, change orders, submittals, Procore, safety protocols, 2-week lookahead plans, and managing quantities and materials. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Background in construction management. + Experience as a foreman is a plus. Work Environment This position requires working on-site five days a week.
