Robotic Maintenance Technician

Robotics Maintenance Technician $32/Hr Description The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (MRT) will be responsible for the following: u2022 Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (Ex: conveyors) u2022 Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures u2022 Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries u2022 Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets u2022 Electrical, knowledge of basics components u2022 Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment u2022 Track and store the departments inventory, including spare parts Skills Electricians, Industrial HVAC, Industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, conveyer, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic, motors Preferred Industries & Equipment: Candidate from Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial industries performing maintenance on complex systems and industrial equipment (running diagnostics, inspections, troubleshooting, repairing, creating work orders), specifically experience with conveyors) Preferred Qualifications u2022 Able to troubleshoot basic input and output function of building operations u2022 Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) u2022 Continuous improvement mindset u2022 Willingness to learn and grow within Amazon RME u2022 Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards u2022 Associates or higher degree or a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field u2022 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field u2022 2+ of experience working with PLC based controls systems u2022 Experience with robotic operation and maintenance Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erlanger, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
