The duties of this position require patient and family education and the exercise of courtesy and patience in speaking with and assisting patients, families, medical personnel and others in order to provide quality customer service.REQUIRED:1. Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology.2. Must be certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for all age groups.PREFERRED:1. Doctorate in Audiology.2. Previous clinical experience.3. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, or previously holding certification; or meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification, with completion of CCC within one year.
