We're backed by Sequoia and CRV, and our products are deployed in some of the largest organizations in the world processing 100s of TB and PB of IT & Security data, and managed by Site Reliability Engineers, System Engineers, and Technical Operations teams.As An Active Member Of Our Team, You tegrate with, improve, and build upon our continuous testing systems, testing automation, and reporting of quality metricsWork closely with development teams to ensure proper test planning and execution is incorporated as early as possible in our release cyclesBe expert in identifying performance bottlenecks, spotting anomalous system behavior, and determining the root cause of issuesEffectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and managementThis position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours dutiesIf You've Got It - We Want It5+ years' experience as a Software Engineer or SDET with a Computer Science degree and/or relevant experienceHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWSMust possess proficiency in coding across various languagesProficiency in designing test frameworks/suites and developing test automation, encompassing both frontend and backend, is essential for excelling in this role. Familiarity with the Playwright framework is preferredExperience designing and developing tools and tests for complex customer use casesExperience cross collaborating with other teams such as Support, Sustaining and Customer escalations for instanceUnderstanding and/or experience working with data intensive applications and/or data streams processingDetail-oriented and dedicated to elegant and high-quality software; enjoys uncovering bugsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to explain complex technical topics to both internal and external stakeholders with ease and in remote/distributed environmentsSalary Range ( $150,000 - $205,000)The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
