Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PAIn this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Develop and execute strategic demand generation programs, working in partnership with sales, and client and product marketing teamsCoordinate multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and generate qualified leads and pipeline, working closely with channel partners on program executionDevelop lead personas and journeys, with understanding of audience interests and preferencesAssist in the identification of content needs with marketing colleagues to support programsDevelop and utilize lead scoring to understand program effectiveness and identify high potential leadsAlign closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts support lead conversion and revenueUtilize A/B testing strategies to optimize program performanceAnalyze and report on campaign performance to drive continuous optimization and ROIMonitor market trends, competitor activity, to continuously refine marketing approachesEnsure regulatory/compliance alignment of marketing activitiesTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:5+ years in B2B/B2C marketing, with 3+ years in a demand generation roleExperience in financial services, marketing to institutional investors, advisors, or high-net-worth individualsExpertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and campaign performance measurementStrong communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategiesTeam player with a growth mindset and track record of proactively helping teams achieve objectivesAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:BNY NewsroomBNY LinkedInHere's a few of our recent awards:America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025
