Job Overview This Finance Leader plays a critical role in driving the companyu2019s financial success by working across our organization to ensure our revenue targets translate effectively into operating profit. This role is essential for deploying strategic financial plans, aligning investments, and managing full P&L accountability. By providing accurate revenue and margin reporting along with detailed analytics, the Finance Leader enables informed decision-making and supports sustainable business growth for Forecourt Solutions, with a lead role for Environmental. Ultimately, this position ensures financial discipline while fostering alignment between strategy and execution across the organization, driving the best possible P&L outcomes. This is a remote role located in Remote, US This is a hybrid role located in Remote, US Responsibilities u2022 Lead role for financials and analytics for Environmental product lines. u2022 Business Partnering role for the relevant General Managers. u2022 Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to drive the right P&L outcomes. u2022 Set realistic and challenging financial targets based on analytical insights to drive business performance. Accountable for Revenue to Operating Profit (OP) u2022 Ensure accurate tracking and achievement of revenue targets aligned with operating profit goals. u2022 Monitor financial performance from revenue generation through to operating profit realization. u2022 Conduct Orders, Revenue & Margin Reporting to understand and drive elements such as backlog, price, customer and product mix. u2022 Conduct detailed analysis of revenue streams and their impact on operating profit. u2022 Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely revenue and margin reports. u2022 Provide variance analysis for performance versus history and versus targets. Strategic Plan Formulation u2022 Support the development of comprehensive financial strategies that support overall business objectives. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into the strategic planning process. u2022 Deployment of Strategic Targets (Full P&L) u2022 Translate strategic plans into actionable financial targets across the full Profit & Loss statement. u2022 Communicate and align these targets with relevant departments to ensure cohesive execution. Investment Alignment (R&D, Sales, Marketing) u2022 Evaluate and approve financial investments in key areas such as Research & Development, Sales and Marketing. u2022 Ensure investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver expected returns. u2022 Provide insights and recommendations based on financial reporting to support decision-making. Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack Essential u2022 BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent years of experience. u2022 7+ years with financial analysis experience, preferably with manufacturing/cost accounting experience. u2022 Previous budgeting and forecasting experience as well as strong accounting skills for understanding the creation and flow of financial statements. u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. u2022 Ability to communicate and explain complex financial issues to non-financial professionals and to interact well with all levels within the organization. u2022 Knowledge of various reporting systems preferred (Hyperion, Business Intelligence Tools). u2022 Strong leadership skills and ability to positively influence both direct reports & dotted line partners in Sales. u2022 Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. u2022 Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting to Senior Leadership. u2022 Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated. u2022 Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity. u2022 Customer-focused. u2022 A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. u2022 Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities Preferable u2022 Experience in a global manufacturing environment u2022 Experience working within a financial planning tool, and ideally Hyperion The base compensation range for this position is $112,300 to $143,600 per annum.
