Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly motivated GSE Project Engineering Manager to join our team within MS&PE. In this role, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers in the execution of both on program and capital deliverables. As the GSE Project Engineering Manager for Capital and Program Execution you will: u2022 Be the lead CAM responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance/execution of the GSE Hardware. u2022 Lead program review sessions with internal or external customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance for GSE. u2022 Coordinate and prioritize tasking, enable cross-team integration, and drive closure of actions and delivery of products to meet customer and stakeholder needs to accomplish objectives. u2022 Participate in Executive Oversite Meetings and represent GSE for all capital projects. u2022 Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, program and customer representatives. u2022 Coordinate between Talent Center engineering and AI&T as well as manufacturing to drive cost/schedule execution of hardware internally. u2022 Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, LRPs, and work plans. u2022 Make presentations to management and customers . u2022 Foster an environment that enables full engagement of the team. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Prior Project Management experience u2022 Cost Account Management (CAM) experience u2022 Ability to develop schedules (IMS/ Supplemental), track and report on progress u2022 Ability to drive program execution of hardware design/build/Test efforts on the team u2022 Skilled at leading engineering teams to achieve goals within Cost and Schedule u2022 Experience with program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phase u2022 Must be willing to obtain TS/SCI Clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Prior GSE or AI&T experience. u2022 Prior Earned Value Management (EVM) & IPT experience. u2022 Excellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges u2022 Experience working with government customers and supporting organizations. u2022 Experience with procurement and management of supplier developed hardware to include collaboration with enterprise subcontract management teams. u2022 Forecasting staffing levels and maintaining personnel requirements, assignments, and availability dates. u2022 Prior experience managing Capital projects and LRP investments. u2022 Experience with enterprise Planning tools ( MS Project, OpenPlan, Jira) u2022 Active Top Secret SCI Clearance. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $141,300 - $244,835.
