Director of Undergraduate NursingThe Director of Undergraduate Nursing provides collaborative academic leadership for all prelicensure and undergraduate nursing pathways within the College of Nursing. Working closely with the Dean of Nursing, the Director advances the mission of the University of Mary by supporting excellence in teaching, student formation, curriculum quality, regulatory compliance, faculty development, and stakeholder engagement. This role has significant responsibility for operational oversight of undergraduate programs in organizing (scheduling), directing (leadership, public relations), and evaluating (program evaluation, assistance with accreditation, quality improvement, professional development, personnel management) of pre-licensure undergraduate nursing program.
