Field maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected team members, performing preventative maintenance, adjustments and repairs on our harvesting equipment such as pea harvesters and sweet corn harvesters. Serve as a Mechanic for field operations. Train other seasonal field employees in the safe, proper, and efficient operation of field equipmentPreventative Maintenance Season (November-May)Overhaul & repair machinery and vehicles used in field operationsMaintain Lakeside company vehiclesWhat You’ll Bring:Should have three to five years experience as a Field Mechanic or equivalent experience.Knowledge of the operation, preventative maintenance and repair of field equipment would be usefulHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredPositive attitudeStrong work ethicSafety mindsetWhere You’ll Work:WELCOME TO BROOTENLocated 30 miles from Wilmar MN, Brooten is a city rich in tradition and has plenty to offer.
