Account Executive Pay $68k+ DOE Are you a driven B2B sales professional ready to take on a high-impact Account Executive role? Our client is looking for a candidate who has excellent sales acumen and thrives on building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: Proactively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and leveraging our existing database. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer challenges and position our power washers, accessories, maintenance plans, and/or services as the optimal solution. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations (which may involve some light operation of equipment). Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to contract negotiation and closing. Achieve and consistently exceed agreed upon goals. Prepare professional, accurate quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date on power washing industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings. Qualifications: 3+ years of successful experience in B2B or B2C field sales, preferably selling equipment, industrial/commercial services, or related products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a book of business. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks. Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel depending on business needs. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Technical aptitude or a basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
