Senior Analyst- Population Health Analytics

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst with experience in population health platforms such as Innovaccer, Arcadia, or Lightbeam. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end development of analytics solutions, including data engineering, dashboard development, and insight generation to support population health management and value-based care initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to integrate population health data from multiple sources. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using population health platforms and BI tools. Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for improving care quality and cost efficiency. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Support strategic initiatives related to risk stratification, care gap closure, and quality measure performance. Document processes and provide training to stakeholders on analytics tools and dashboards. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working with population health platforms (e.g., Innovaccer, Arcadia, Lightbeam). Strong proficiency in SQL and data engineering concepts. Hands-on experience with dashboard development using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). Proven ability to generate actionable insights from complex healthcare data. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare quality measures (HEDIS, Stars, ACO metrics). Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
