The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a hybrid position. Responsibilities: 50+ group quoting & proposal building. Mostly fully insured groups 50 to 350 employees. Renewal process and year-round high level self-funded plan management. Only a handful of self-funded accounts. Self-Funded plan management, renewal/new plan paperwork. Benefit Point System management. Qualifications: Life & Health licensed. Self-funded experience. Microsoft office & Excel proficient. Benefit Point experience would be ideal but not required. Interested in growing into team lead/dept manager.
