This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional care across a variety of surgical specialties.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an OR RN Circulator, you will:Circulate surgical and endoscopy cases in a high-volume ASC settingEnsure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative processCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs to maintain efficient OR flowMaintain sterile technique and uphold infection control standardsDocument intraoperative care accurately and thoroughlySupport pre-op and post-op teams as needed to ensure seamless patient transitionsRequired QualificationsActive RN license in the state of OregonMinimum of 2 years of OR circulating experienceProficiency in a range of specialties including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, GI, Podiatry, and GYNCNOR certification preferredPreferred AttributesStrong team player with excellent communication skillsAbility to maintain momentum and efficiency in a busy OR environmentAdaptable and calm under pressureAdditional DetailsNo travel requiredSingle-site role (no multi-location shifts)No in-home patient careInterview format: Nurse Manager interview via Microsoft Teams or phoneReady to bring your surgical expertise to a team that values speed, precision, and compassion?
