Customer Service Representative

Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sharonville, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with care. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your communication skills and your ability to coordinate service operations effectively. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to incoming calls from customers and technicians, addressing inquiries and escalating issues to dispatchers when necessary. u2022 Accurately record call details and input information into the system in a timely manner. u2022 Coordinate service resources and collaborate with the operations team to meet customer needs. u2022 Dispatch technicians, track their activities, and ensure optimal productivity and cost efficiency throughout the day. u2022 Handle customer concerns by investigating issues, routing them to appropriate staff, and following up as required. u2022 Manage daily labor levels to align with workload demands, releasing labor when necessary in consultation with the Operations Manager. u2022 Proactively contact customers to maintain service quality and share relevant data with leadership. u2022 Work closely with accounting teams to assist with new customer setups and purchase order inquiries. u2022 Utilize service management software and demonstrate proficiency in Office tools to support daily operations. u2022 Take on additional tasks as assigned, such as training and contributing to special projects. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. u2022 Strong phone etiquette and ability to maintain a customer-first approach. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. u2022 Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software is a plus. u2022 Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment. u2022 Capability to handle stress and maintain a positive demeanor in challenging situations. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
