Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Hybrid u2013 Greencastle, PA Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday Job Description Weu2019re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who thrives as the central point of contact. You will manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional experience. Collaboration with customers, sales teams, and distribution centers will be key to resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities + Manage customer orders daily, including pricing, availability, and scheduling. + Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. + Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns via phone, email, or customer portal. + Coordinate with sales, supply planning, traffic, compliance, and IT teams. + Maintain accurate records in Oracle and prepare order reports for customers and internal stakeholders. + Review routing guides and ensure compliance with customer requirements. + Problem-solve non-compliance issues and assist with returns or product specifications. + Support additional administrative tasks and projects as needed. Top Skills & Qualifications + Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient with PC applications and systems (Email, Teams, Word, Excel). + Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new technologies. + Knowledge of contact center environment and associated systems preferred. + Strong conflict resolution and analytical skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greencastle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
