This is a non-clinical position assigned to security department and responsible for initial security assessment of people coming into the hospital and to serve as a professional security presence.Duties include greeting patients, visitors, performing initial security assessment and determining the business reason for entering the hospital/clinic and providing courteous assistance and directions. This is an entry level position requiring excellent customer service skills. It is highly visible, requiring discretion, good judgment, a pleasant and professional manner and articulate.
