To learn more visit Additional Benefits: u2022 Paid Time Off u2022 Medical Insurance u2022 Dental Insurance u2022 Vision Insurance u2022 Life Insurance u2022 401K u2022 Associate Referral Program Our associates also enjoy numerous associate discounts and opportunities to grow with the organization Apply Online Today Job Responsibilities: u2022 Complies with all safety requirements u2022 Place securement binders, chains, straps, bunks, and slip mats u2022 Loads and unloads trailers u2022 Move materials within the warehouse u2022 Keep yard and equipment tidy u2022 Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system u2022 Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling) u2022 Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received u2022 Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material, and equipment needs u2022 Uses computer to enter records u2022 Maintains inventory records u2022 Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse equipment (where applicable u2022 Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor u2022 Must be willing to work outdoors (majority of the work is outdoors) Qualifications: u2022 No prior warehouse experience required but preferred. u2022 High school diploma or equivalent preferred u2022 Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required u2022 Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required u2022 Flexible to work overtime preferred u2022 Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required u2022 Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job u2022 Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required u2022 Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required u2022 Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
