Payroll Administrator

Description We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees. u2022 Process biweekly payroll for employees across multiple states, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines. u2022 Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain payroll records and handle related tasks efficiently. u2022 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including tax filings and deductions. u2022 Collaborate with the benefits team to support related administrative tasks. u2022 Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries in a detail-oriented and timely manner. u2022 Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to payroll activities. u2022 Assist in improving payroll procedures and implementing best practices. u2022 Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and compliance. u2022 Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and industry standards. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably with multi-state payroll. u2022 Familiarity with full-cycle payroll processes and best practices. u2022 Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software. u2022 Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations, including tax compliance. u2022 Ability to process biweekly payroll accurately and efficiently. u2022 Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. u2022 Effective communication skills for addressing payroll inquiries and collaborating with teams. u2022 Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and systems.
