Operational Support: + Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling machinery, in a safe and efficient manner. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to safety and environmental standards. Collaboration and Communication: + Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery to support manufacturing schedules. + Report damaged or defective materials to the appropriate department for resolution. Compliance and Safety: + Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety guidelines to create a secure work environment. + Participate in safety training and emergency response drills. Qualifications: + Education & Experience: + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management are a plus. + 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Skills & Abilities: + Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs.] and perform physical tasks for extended periods. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Certifications: + Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Work Environment: + Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels. + Requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
