Role Summary The Institutional SalesSupport Specialist plays a key role in supporting sales efforts anddelivering exceptional service to institutional clients. You'll assistwith sales activities, client onboarding, account administration, andfinancial research to help the team operate efficiently and effectively.This role offers meaningful exposure to wealth management operations andthe opportunity to build skills for future career growth.KeyAccountabilities Support sales efforts by researching prospects,preparing proposals, coordinating sales materials, and assisting withnew account onboarding. Provide administrative and operational support,including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, managingexpenses, and maintaining accurate sales and client records. AssistPortfolio Managers by preparing portfolio analysis, investment research,and client review materials. Coordinate client service activitiesthrough regular communication, tracking service requests, and preparingreports and review packets. Maintain organized and up-to-date files forclients, prospects, and centers of influence. Collaborate with WMIScolleagues to ensure compliance with processes, standards, andregulatory requirements. Deliver excellent customer service byaddressing requests promptly and partnering across teams to resolveissues. Provide backup support to other Sales Support team members,ensuring smooth operations across the department.Education & ExperienceRequired: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education andexperience. 2+ years of experience in financial services. Workingknowledge of trust, investment, and wealth management products andprocesses. Preferred: Experience supporting institutional clients orwealth management teams.
