Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Manage event-driven corporate actions such as spin-offs, mergers (cash and stock), name changes, and bankruptcies, ensuring accurate processing of market-valued securities on critical deadlines.Collaborate with external advisors, wealth managers, and analysts to solicit voluntary corporate action responses and monitor mandatory actions with a strong sense of urgency.Utilize technology, including robotics and AI, to streamline data entry and processing in systems like SEI Trust 3000 and CAPS, compiling and organizing data for review.Provide backup support across related positions, multitasking effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring critical thinking and strong organizational skills.Strong understanding of market economics, including short- and long-term capital gains implications and daily market value fluctuations.Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally, including handling challenging interactions.Ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency, demonstrating critical thinking by listening, understanding, and asking questions when needed.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to corporate actions or financial markets, with a willingness to learn through on-the-job training.Experience in brokerage processing preferred.Applicable local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:BNY NewsroomBNY LinkedInHere's a few of our recent awards:America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025
