This role exists to deliver training, guidance, and supportfor autonomy systems, ensuring customers, dealers, and internal teamsmaximize the value and safety of these solutions in their operations. Byequipping stakeholders with skills and knowledge, the Autonomy Trainerdrives successful implementation and utilization of autonomytechnologies across the North American market. Targeted Komatsulocations are Chicago O'Hare, Milwaukee, Tucson, Cartersville, GA or atanother Komatsu facility. Requires up to 30% travel working hands-onwith end users, dealers, technology partners, and Komatsu teams bothdomestically and internationally. Key Job Responsibilities The AutonomyProduct Trainer, Customer Solutions will have responsibilities acrossKomatsu's North America region for autonomy solutions as follows:Develop and Deliver Training Programs Design, create, and facilitatetraining curricula for autonomy technologies targeting customers,dealers, and internal staff, using a blend of classroom, virtual, andhands-on formats. Customer Onboarding and Support Guide new customersthrough the onboarding process for autonomy systems, ensuring smoothimplementation and comprehension of best practices and safety protocols.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with end usecustomers, dealers, key technology partners, and Komatsu teams worldwideto align training initiatives with user needs and evolving productcapabilities. Continuous Improvement and Feedback Collection Gatherfeedback from training participants and field experiences to refine andenhance training materials and delivery methods for autonomytechnologies. Content Development and Documentation Maintain up-to-datedocumentation, manuals, and multimedia resources supporting autonomytraining and knowledge sharing for all relevant stakeholders. Travel andField Support Provide on-site and remote support, traveling as needed(up to 30%) to customer locations, dealer sites, and events to delivertraining and address challenges in real-world...
