Join us as our new SeniorProduction Operator In this role you will run production equipment andmanage production lines to create high quality products and deliver ontime the full amount requested to your customer. In this role you'll make an impact by: Owning up to 4production lines. Ownership includes but is not limited to: Set-up,operation and troubleshooting of production equipment (forklifts,mixers, fillers, conveyors, labelers, utility, fermentation tanks,boilers, autoclaves, microscopes and safety equipment) for an entireproduction line without the requirement of supervision. Managemanufacturing and packaging operations for your production lineincluding the delegation of tasks as appropriate and identifying andsupporting safety concerns and pain points for Operators Train operatorson tasks in your production line, identify effectiveness of training andbe able to identify limitations and training progression of operatorsassigned to your production line Develop and perform Preventive andAd-Hoc Maintenance as needed Create, edit and maintain documentation forproperly running your production line Location: This job will be locatedin Milwaukee, WI.
