Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:Greets all members and guests in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner. Assists and directs as needed.Assists with any inquiries, answers incoming phone calls, forwards calls or takes messages as needed.Serves as a source of information and communication liaison with the membership. Minimum Qualifications for the Concierge:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Other Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendance.
