Bankers' Bankis seeking a professional for the oversight of the Bankcards division atour Madison, WI headquarters office. This position is responsible formanaging card issuing programs, department budgeting, businessdevelopment, credit quality/collections, policy, regulatory compliance,vendor management and implementation of processes/procedures that createscalability and operation efficiencies. Leadership & Management Lead thedepartment through strategic vision and product evolution Implementstrategies to meet income and budget objectives Assume responsibilityfor the department regulatory and compliance requirements. Coordinateand oversee the preparation and delivery of customer training andcommunications Utilize KPIs to provide department and industry relatedanalysis & trends Utilizes leadership skills to mentor, develop andestablish a framework for accountability Participates in the Bank's ERMCommittee Operations & Business Development Manage business development& card operations Assist with data management projects and systemconversions Maintains accurate CRM sales pipeline and data Performperiodic reviews to ensure that procedures are complete, accurate and upto date Maintains and assures the department maintains and complies withestablished credit card and Bank policies/ department procedures Ensurescustomer satisfaction with the Bankcards program Qualifications Idealcandidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting,business administration, economics, or other related field or anequivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to performthe position functions of the job and three or more years of leadershipand management experience. Ideal candidates will also have credit cardindustry experience including extensive knowledge of the credit cardindustry (issuing cards, merchant services, regulations, licensing,customer service, operations, project management and conversions).
