Overview The Operational Technology (OT)Applications Engineer will be an essential part of our team to grow theconsulting practice in the Operational Technology and Real-Time Systemsdomain focusing on control system delivery for clients in the electricand/or gas verticals. Responsibilities Design, planning, integration,testing, and commissioning complex control system hardware and softwaretailored to customer environments Specific knowledge of the OSI monarchApplication and Systems, from an IT perspective, with previous trainingby AspenTech in the PE role and tasks. Installation of OSI monarchapplication to ADMS or EMS on premise or cloud servers for ADMS/EMSmonarch Implementation projects. Execute end-to-end system deployment,including hardware & software installation, integration, and functionalvalidation Contribute to the development of technical documentation andtraining materials to support system deployment and customer enablementFocus on delivering solutions that meet client's technical requirementsand collaborate with other workstream to ensure alignment across largerproject delivery teams Provide technical updates to the technical lead,project manager and clients with progress and issues affecting theprogress Root-cause analysis and resolution of system variances,ensuring timely and effective corrective actions QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related 3-7years Project Engineer experience with AspenTech OSI applications Basicprogramming skills, introduction to C and python Understanding of IT/OTarchitecture, fundamentals of networking, RDDMS and Time series DB,Linux and Windows OS familiarity Previous experience with SCADA/DMS/OMSor RTU/PLC based control system Experience with...
