Responsibilities TheFranchise Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for generating newloan and deposit business, according to assigned sales goals, byinitiating and developing relationships with quick service restaurantsand some fast casual restaurants. The Franchise Banking RelationshipManager maintains acceptable credit quality and appropriate loanpricing. Individual portfolio management and client relationshipexpansion, including partner referrals, are critical for success in thisposition. Salary Range The annual salary range for this position is$60,000 - $121,000. The base salary indicated for this positionreflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the roleacross the United States. Actual salary offers within this range mayvary based on a number of factors, including the specificresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills andprofessional experience, educational qualifications, and geographiclocation. Key Accountabilities Achieve Sales Targets Works to achieveassigned personal sales goals through proactive activities and behaviorsthat lead to results.
