Sheet Metal Ductwork Installers (Apprentice & Journeyman) Locations: Jamestown, ND & Ellendale, ND Project Duration: ~12 months Minimum commitment: 6 months Schedule: 5u00d710s, Mondayu2013Friday (40u201350 hrs/week) Per Diem: $120 per day worked Openings: 7 total About the Project Most cutting and fabrication of sheet metal will be completed in Fargo, ND and shipped to job sites in Jamestown and Ellendale. Contractors will primarily assemble and hang ductwork to ceilings and walls in a large commercial facility (data center-like environment). Flexibility to move between projects as needed is required. Pay & Per Diem + Apprentices: $18u2013$24/hr + $120/day per diem (for each day worked) + Licensed Journeymen: Starting at $29/hr + $120/day per diem (for each day worked) Overtime available; schedule is 5u00d710s. This is a year-long commercial project with opportunity to transition to contract-to-hire for those who wish to stay with the company. What Youu2019ll Do + Assemble, install, and secure sheet metal ductwork (ceilings/walls) per drawings and site plans + Work with onsite teams to ensure accurate layout, alignment, and fit-up + Measure, mark, and verify dimensions; maintain high standards of safety and quality + Navigate indoor/outdoor environments in North Dakota weather + Maintain tool accountability and readiness; coordinate with site leadership for materials/hardware Tools & Equipment Contractors must bring and use the following sheet-metal hand tools : + C-clamp vise grip & regular vise grip + 16 oz sheet metal hammer + Flathead screwdriver + Utility knife + Wide nose pliers + Left/right hand cut snips All power tools required for the work will be provided by BDT .
